At The Baby Hamper Company, we want you to be delighted with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized gifts and hampers with broken seals are ineligible for return unless they arrive damaged.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original luxury gift box and shipping carton to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining proof of postage.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
