Can I build my own custom baby hamper?
Yes! You can select individual items from our clothing, toy, and accessory ranges to create a unique gift. Simply add them to your cart, and we will beautifully wrap them in our signature luxury packaging.
How long does delivery take within the UK?
We offer standard delivery which typically takes 2-3 working days, and an express next-day delivery option for orders placed before 1:00 PM GMT, Monday through Friday.
Are the clothes in the hampers made from organic materials?
Many of our clothing items are crafted from 100% organic cotton to ensure they are soft and gentle on a newborn's sensitive skin. Check the product descriptions for specific material details.
Can I include a personalized message with my gift?
Absolutely. During the checkout process, you will have the option to enter a personal message which we will hand-write on a beautiful gift card to include inside your hamper.
What is your return policy for gift hampers?
We offer a 14-day return policy for any unused and unopened hampers. Please note that personalized items and perishable goods cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at the checkout stage.
